"Just the Two of Us"
Month of Coordination Services
Starting at $900

What does this include?
    • 2 On-site Event Managers
    • 1 transition meeting  to discuss vendors, event details, and expectations 1 month before the wedding
    • Create and finalize wedding day schedule
    • Discuss vendor schedule and create vendor contact list
    • Prepare detailed itinerary for scheduled tasks
    • Meeting at venue to finalize layout
    • Manage vendor details
    • Attend and oversee rehearsal.
    • Direct processionals and recessionals.
    • Coordinate bridal party entrance
    • Oversee seating arrangements, head table, cake table, gift table, sweet table, centerpieces, favors, menus, programs
    • Provide information to obtain a marriage license
    • Distribute any remaining vendor balances and tips
    • Oversee venue’s food and drink set-up
    • Deal with any vendor or guest issues – source of communication
    • Up to 12 hours of coordination ( 2 hours for rehearsal and 10 hours for day of wedding)

    • Finding, negotiating, creating contract, and booking up to 3 vendors (e.g. florist, caterer, photographer, baker, printer, videographer, musicians, rental facilities, transportation providers. Wedding attire providers, etc)
    • Attend up to 2 vendor meetings with bride and groom.
    • Provide information to obtain a marriage license
    • Ceremony planning
    • Manage vendor details
    • Arrange venue floor plan
    • Attending and overseeing the rehearsal
    • Instructing attendants about their duties
    • Directing the processionals, recessionals, and receiving line

    • Assisting with the design and printing of invitations
    • Assist in selecting a ceremony and reception venue
    • Assist with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding ceremony
    • Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding and reception
    • • Create a payment timeline for vendors, which includes scheduled payment reminders.
    • Finding, negotiating, creating contract, and booking ALL appropriate vendors (e.g. florist, caterer, photographer, baker, printer, videographer, musicians, rental facilities, transportation providers. Wedding attire providers, etc)

    Starting at $100 Services
    •Prepare a budget analysis and review it with you
    • Help develop the design, color and theme/ décor of your wedding
    • Refer vendors and/or event locations (Up to 2)
    • Book vendor appointments (up to 2)
    • Attend vendor appointments with you
    • Review the contracts of your chosen vendors
    • Verify arrangements with vendors one week prior to event
    • Create a payment timeline for vendors, which includes scheduled payment reminders.
    • Develop itinerary schedule and timeline
    • Support in creating a guest list and/or seating chart
    • Arrange transportation and accommodation for out of town guests
    • Receive deliveries from vendors
    • Complete any final week-of errand running
    • Arrange day-of transportation for wedding party
     
    Starting at $200 Services
    • Stuff and/or address envelopes for invitations
    • Receive and track RSVP’s online or by postal mail
    • Additional month of planning
    • Assemble wedding favors
    Décor Design Consultation/Assistance
     

    *An additional $300 will be added to any package for Holiday Weddings and an additional $150 to any package for Friday Weddings .

    *Weddings in excess of 250 guests may be subject to an additional fee of $500, ask for more details.

    *"Rush Planning Upcharge" - Weddings with less than 3 months to plan may be assessed an additional fee of $100 per month of available planning time.  Weddings with less than 6 weeks to plan will be assessed a $200 rush fee.  You will be informed in advance if this would apply to your wedding.

     
    Call for pricing for special events such as birthday parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers,etc.
     
    *Prices are subject to change at any time by Très Chic.
     
    *Client is responsible for the cost of all decorations, deposits, and accessories.
     
    *Travel fee plus cost of hotel will be applied to events that are outside of Greenville/Spartanburg and require an overnight stay.
     
    *Contract and deposit is required in order to have date reserved for all packages
